GROUP SAYS ROSE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FAILED TO COMPLETE SECOND PHASE OF DIRT WORK IN ALLOTTED TIME
Members of the Delta Regional Airport Authority agreed to seek a $60,000 penalty against the contractor responsible for the second phase of dirt work at the airport construction site Thursday during a meeting at the Colt Community Center.
