Mr. Jack “David “ Collins, age 69, of Wynne, died Friday, Dec. 30, 2011.
Mr. Collins was born Feb. 16, 1942, in Forrest City, the son of Floyd and Annie Sanford Collins. He was a Baptist and was a delivery man for Wonder bread.
