Mrs. Wilma “Cissy” Williams, age 58, of Forrest City, died Sunday, Oct. 14, 2012, at Baptist Hospital.
Mrs. Williams was born Jan. 18, 1954, in Widener, the daughter of Wesley Kemp and Lora Bell Jones Kemp.
