CITY TO BEGIN OPERATING ITS OWN TRASH COLLECTION SERVICE THURSDAY
City council members passed a resolution Tuesday allowing the city to borrow more than $900,000 to purchase equipment for the new solid waste department, while workers are preparing to begin operating the new service tomorrow.
