Walking on eggs

Walking on eggs

Several students at Stewart Elementary School got inspired to join the Boy Scouts of America in a unique way on Tuesday. Ed Collier, Cub Scout Master of Pack 224, asked the young men if they had ever seen anyone walk across eggs. Devon Hallman, a Cub Scout, is helped by Collier and his wife Joan as he shows the other students how to walk across four dozen eggs without breaking one. Parents are encouraged to take boys in the first through sixth grades to the Join Scouting Night event scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 28, at 7 p.m., at Central Elementary School. Photo by Alan Smith.
