Federal judge says sending case back to state will not affect members' rights
The case brought by the Forrest City Advertising and Promotion Commission against the Forrest City City Council has been sent back to St. Francis County Circuit Court, where it was first filed.
An accident Monday afternoon sent a Brinkley man to a Memphis hospital, while some Forrest City residents thought they might have to be evacuated from their homes.
