The Madison City Council agreed during a special meeting Wednesday to pursue legal action against a community organization in a property dispute over the Eldridge Butler School property.

A late night storm Wednesday left over 700 Forrest City residents without electricity for several hours and caused a fire at a local public housing complex.
The Forrest City Civic Center Commission reached an agreement with D&R Catering on a contract that will keep D&R as the in-house caterer at the facility for the next five years.
