Adopt-a-Thon

Six-year-old Emily Uptigrove gets some “sugar” from Baby Girl, one of the dogs who are up for adoption at the Humane Shelter. The Forrest City Area Humane Society will be holding an adopt-a-thon this Saturday, June 23, from 9 a.m. until noon, in the area behind the North Washington Branch of First National Bank of Eastern Arkansas.
