Creating a plan

Officials with the East Arkansas Planning and Development District spent Monday in Forrest City working with area government, business and community leaders on a grant program focused on creating an economic development and strategic development plan for the county. After meeting with members of a county steering committee, EAPDD officials held a public meeting at the Forrest City Civic Center.
