The driver of this 18-wheeler told police he found himself and his vehicle sideways about 1:30 p.m. Monday after misjudging the westbound Interstate 40 ramp. Details regarding the driver or any charges were not available as of press time today, but law enforcement officials with the Arkansas State Police, Forrest City Police Department and St. Francis County Sheriff’s Department responded along with the Forrest City Fire Department and EMTs.
