A home on St. Francis County Road 214 was destroyed by fire Saturday night. Firefighters with the Forrest City and Palestine fire departments were called to 63 SFC 214 just after 8 p.m. The house, owned by Lee Hill, was unoccupied and firefighters spent more than four hours fighting the blaze Saturday night, according to a report on file at the Forrest City Fire Department. They were called back to the structure Sunday after the fire rekindled. No one was injured in the blaze and no cause had been determined as of this morning. Photo by Kendall Owens.
