Forrest City Parks and Recreation workers Richard Newborn, left, and Mark Porter take down a basketball goal at Southside Park. City parks are closed in order to help the city adhere to the suggestion by the governor to keep crowds to 10 or fewer people. Mayor Cedric Williams said removing the basketball goals would prevent children, who are on spring break this week, from gathering at city parks to play basketball.
