Frances Phipps Plunkett, 85, died Wednesday, June 6, 2007, at her home in Widener, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born April 13, 1922, in Paducah, Kentucky. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank L. Phipps of Memphis.
