Roof being replaced: Work to replace the roof at the St. Francis County Courthouse has begun, just as early voting for bonds to fund the courthouse repairs gets under way. O’Neil Barnett, with Jonesboro Roofing, uses a saw to cut the old roofing material so it can be removed. Health Fair: The Forrest City School District held a health fair in the cafeteria of Forrest City Junior High School on Monday. Organizers scheduled the event during the parent/teacher conferences so that both parents and staff could easily attend.
