Jack Crumbly presents scholarship

Jack Crumbly, right, presents Mackenzie Parham with a $1,000
scholarship. Parham was the 2024 co-valedictorian at Forrest
City High School. She is currently enrolled at the University of
Pine Bluff where she is majoring in biology.
