The Forrest City Downtown Revitalization Project held their annual tree lighting ceremony on Sunday. Their event featured caroling, food trucks and a visit with Santa. The lighting marked the beginning of community events that are scheduled throughout the month of December including the Forrest City Christmas parade which will take place Friday, December 5th at 7 p.m.
